- Fast one meal (weekly)

"Name a person who has positively impacted your life and explain why you are grateful for them."

Week 3: September 22-28

- Read Chapters 15-21 of Psalm

- Prayer for our country

- Memorize one verse for this week:

(i.e. Psalm 33:12 "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people

whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance.")

- Fast one meal (weekly)

- Conversation starter for your family:

"What is the best gift you've ever received and why was it so special?"

- Lend a helping hand this week

Week 4: September 29-October 5

- 5 minutes of rest/silence daily

- Read Chapters 22-28 of Psalm

- Prayer for Israel

- Memorize one verse for this week:

(i.e. Romans 10:1 "Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they may be saved.")
